In the event of a potential claim, one phone call is enough to get us involved. Where claims management has been agreed upon, we collect firsthand facts about the vessel, the problem and the parties involved. We furthermore negotiate with third parties on your behalf, recommend actions to be taken, obtain evidence and conduct proceedings, as appropriate.

Our claims handling expertise is available to existing clients as well as to P&I clubs, where DUPI Copenhagen in line with the DUPI Group offers first class club correspondent services. We thus handle claims internationally as well as in the Danish market, where we maintain close ties with the maritime stakeholders.

We have recently moved to new premises near the port of Copenhagen, where we maintain office capacity to host visiting clients and casualty response teams in case of larger maritime incidents.
